Acis to ask customers what matters to them

A Lincolnshire housing association is getting out and about talking to their customers about what really matters to them.
Gainsborough based Acis Group is launching their first What Matters Week from 20 to 24 February. Acis, who own and manage over 5,300 homes, will be visiting a number of towns and villages throughout Lincolnshire – including Gainsborough, Morton and Blyton - with the aim of gathering as much information as they can about what matters to their customers.
Paul Woollam, Operations Director for Acis, explains:
"During What Matters Week, we will be talking to as many of our tenants as possible about both overall priorities and things that matter locally in different neighbourhoods and communities. We envisage over 100 of our staff will be out during the course of the week."
Acis are encouraging all customers who receive a visit from one of their employees to spare five minutes to answer a few questions. Surveys will be completed on the doorstep but a freepost facility is also being provided for those not at home. Additionally, an online survey is available on the Acis website.
Paul added:
"We are serious about understanding what matters to our customers and we believe What Matters Week is a great basis from which to do this. We want to know which of our priorities our customers feel are the most important and what things they would like to see done or done better by us. Our key priorities were informed by consultation with our customers and we want to establish if the correct things are being focussed on in delivering these priorities. What Matters Week also gives customers the opportunity to raise personal or local issues that are of importance to them."
